Problem
on On my laptop, when I view the route Route and the flight management Flight Management pages, they are not clear. The blue / orange hues are blurry.
However, when I view the same in the current CT instance I do not have a problem.

If user is accessing via Citrix access, user can try to modify the Citrix settings (found when you first log into the Citrix access and in - then clicking settings towards the top of the screen), and under the User Experience section, can try changing the setting from "Seamless" to "Percentage of screen" and can try a value of 95 for the percentageset the value to 95 (for percentage). Once this was completed on this case, the screens in question looked proper and were no longer blurry/grainy. |
