If user is accessing via Citrix, user can try to modify the Citrix settings (found when you first log in - then clicking settings towards the top of the screen), and under the User Experience section, try changing the setting from "Seamless" to "Percentage of screen" and set the value to 95 (for percentage). Once this was completed on this case, the screens in question looked proper and were no longer blurry/grainy. |
