When I have a new Aircraft seat map (be it a new model, new tail or altered configuration) how do I get this created?

- Create a copy of your seat map (an image, word document, excel, etc) with row numbers and seat letters
- Ensure the following are clearly marked:
- Any cabin classes (business and economy)
- Any seat characteristics you want defined such as Emergency Exit, Bulk Head, etc
- Log into support.intelisysaviation.com and create a case with the above information attached, or send the above information to support@intelisysaviation.com.
- InteliSys will then create the seat map and advise when completed.
