Problem

There are instances where the Route and Flight Management screens can look blurry/grainy when using Citrix.


A sample issue reported was worded as:

On my laptop, when I view the Route and the Flight Management pages, they are not clear. The blue / orange hues are blurry.However, when I view the same in the current CT instance I do not have a problem


Changing the window size to 95% as described below may correct this issue.

If user is accessing via Citrix, user can try to modify the Citrix settings (found when you first log in - then clicking settings towards the top of the screen), and under the User Experience section, try changing the setting from "Seamless" to "Percentage of screen" and set the value to 95 (for percentage). Once this was completed on this case, the screens in question looked proper and were no longer blurry/grainy.
  1. When first logged in with your Citrix account, click on the Settings link to access the settings needed as shown below:

  2. Once on the settings page - Update the window size to be "Percentage of screen", Update the Percentage of screen field to be "95%' and click the Save button as shown below:
