Support for Processing Inbound MVT Messages via Direct MQ Without TTY Header: ameliaRES now supports the processing of MVT messages via Direct MQ eliminating the need for a TTY header. This upgrade enables seamless integration with external systems through direct connections, bypassing the traditional telex network for faster and more efficient communication.
Automatic Ticket Status Update for Cancelled Flights: The system now automatically sends a TKTREQ to update ticket statuses from 'B/C' to 'O' when a flight is cancelled with passengers still onboard. Previously, this status change occurred only after passengers were deplaned and unchecked. This enhancement simplifies the cancellation process, ensuring faster updates and better alignment with standard passenger management procedures during cancellations.
Number of Stops Included in PAORES (Flight Availability) Messages: PAORES messages now include the number of stops for flights. This enhancement provides the receiving system with more detailed information, clearly indicating whether a flight is non-stop or has multiple stops, thereby improving flight availability insights.
Improved Handling of GDS PNR Duplicates and PDM Processing: The algorithm has been optimized to more effectively process messages with PDM headers, significantly improving the success rate of bookings that previously failed due to delays in Type A messages. This enhancement ensures smoother, more efficient handling of GDS PNR duplicates and PDM messages, reducing errors and improving overall booking reliability.

Ancillary Availability by Agency: Ancillary Flexible Pricing now lets you specify the availability of ancillaries for purchase by specific agencies. This enhancement offers greater flexibility and customization in your pricing strategy, allowing you to tailor availability for various agencies, including OTAs.
Modification Fees in Penalty Fee Feature: The Penalties feature in Inventory Setup has been enhanced to allow the configuration of modification fees. You can now specify the time frame between booking and flight departure during which these fees will apply, giving you greater control over fee management.
Blacklist Management Interface: A new interface for managing your internal passenger blacklist has been introduced, enabling you to efficiently view, add, or remove passengers. With name search parameters, locating specific passengers is quicker than ever, streamlining the entire blacklist management process.
Display SSR on Reservation Screen: The passenger grid on the main reservation screen now includes an SSR column, displaying all assigned passenger requests. This enhancement enables call center agents to quickly review and manage special service requests, improving efficiency and customer service.

Currency Restriction by Route Type in SOAR app: You can now restrict currency selection in SOAR based on the route type of the selected city pairs. This feature ensures that only appropriate currencies are available for each specific route.
One-Click Ancillary Purchases for All Flights and Passengers: The ancillary purchase screen now includes toggles that allow you to apply ancillary services to all passengers and/or all flights with a single click. This enhancement streamlines the purchasing process, saving time and effort.
Restrict Mixed Passenger Types (PTC) in SOAR: SOAR now allows you to configure restrictions that prevent certain passenger types (PTC), such as seniors and students, from traveling together on the same PNR. This feature ensures compliance with travel policies and enhances booking accuracy.
Detailed Charge Visibility Post-Cancellation in SOAR: In the SOAR agent site and MMB, the reservation details screen now displays a full charge breakdown even after a PNR has been cancelled. This includes cancelled journeys with applicable charges, ensuring agents have comprehensive visibility of all costs.
Restricted Booking Cancellation Window in SOAR Agent Site: Your airline can now configure a time limit, restricting agencies from cancelling reservations beyond the first 48 hours after booking. This feature ensures better control and management of booking cancellations.
Autopopulate Agent Contact Information in SOAR Agent Site: To enhance convenience and user experience, the SOAR Agent Site now automatically populates the agency's email and phone number into the Primary Booking Contact field when creating a reservation. This streamlines the booking process for agents.
PO Number Included in Agency Reports: The Company Payments report in the SOAR Agent Site now features a new column displaying the PO Number associated with each payment. This enhancement provides better tracking and reference for agency transactions.
Search Flight and Date to Retrieve Passenger List: The Agent Site now features an enhanced "Search Reservation" menu, allowing users to search for flights departing on a specific date. This new capability enables agents to retrieve passenger lists for those flights and view detailed reservation information.

Additional Coupon Status for Manual Updates: The Manual Coupon Status Update Box in ameliaRES now supports the "S - Suspend" status.
