The Online Check-In process (formerly known as Self Check In) has been completely revamped and improved. Journey-based travel selection has been added, and multiple/all passengers on a reservation may be selected and checked in simultaneously. During seat selection, passengers may now select an upgraded Seat Type (such as a window or aisle seat), whether your airline has fees for this or not.
The ability to purchase ancillary items, and collect payment for them, during the check-in process has also been added. Passengers may also complete payment for the reservation itself - we previously disallowed check-in if the reservation was NOT completely paid. If you have enabled the PDF Boarding Pass, passengers can now download this, as well.
