New Boarding Notifications

A new method of notification is now supported in Boarding Mode to help agents quickly identify the status of a passenger at the Boarding Gate. When scanning a boarding pass, depending on the scan result, the banner color and warning message will be updated as follows.

• If the passenger can board without issue: Green banner.

• If the passenger can board but there's a warning (e.g., the passenger is travelling with an infant, the passenger status is already Boarded): Yellow banner and a warning message.

• If the passenger cannot board (e.g., the boarding pass is no longer valid, the passenger status is not Checked-in): Red banner and an error message.
