API

• Promo Codes and Vouchers Event Tracking: We've enhanced our system to generate events for promo codes and vouchers. Now, events are triggered in the following scenarios:

  • promo codes are added, updated, deleted or applied to a PNR

  • vouchers are added, updated, deleted or redeemed

• Crew Member Management for Specific Flights: We've introduced new capabilities to manage crew members for specific flights via our API. You can now add/update/delete the crew members on a specific flight using POST/PUT/DELETE on the flightStatuses/{statusKey}/legs/{legKey}/crewMembers/ endpoint.

• Enhanced User Sessions Endpoint: The userSessions endpoint now returns three additional values to provide better insight into the user's status concerning the airline’s password policy:

  • accountActionMessage: Provides messages related to required user actions.

  • daysUntilExpiry: Indicates the number of days remaining until the password expires.

  • isPasswordExpiryEnabled: Shows whether password expiry is enabled for the user.

  These enhancements offer a more comprehensive understanding of user sessions and help ensure compliance with the airline’s password policies.

DCS

• Direct Voucher Printing from Check-in Screen: We've added the capability to print vouchers directly to a document printer from the check-in screen. This new feature streamlines the check-in process, making it quicker and more convenient to provide printed vouchers to passengers.

• Enhanced Connections Report: The Connections Report, accessible from the check-in screen, has been updated to include passive segments. This enhancement provides a more comprehensive view of passenger connections, ensuring that all segments, including passive ones, are accounted for in the report.

DIRECT

• InteliSys x PayPal: The ameliaRES PayPal integration is now live! This integration allows you to offer PayPal as a payment method for your customers, ensuring a seamless passenger checkout experience while complementing your existing payment solution. Additionally, the integration fully supports refund processing, providing even greater convenience and flexibility for your airline and its customers. • Nearby Airports Search: SOAR now supports searching for nearby airports. When two airports are close to each other, you can provide options for both when a search is made for either one. This feature offers your customers greater flexibility in choosing their travel routes and destinations. To enable this feature, please contact your Account Executive.

• Email Address Update in Online Check-in: Passengers can now update the email address on their booking profile during online check-in. This feature ensures that they receive their boarding pass at the correct email address, enhancing convenience and improving communication.

GDS / Interline

• Interline Round Trip Repricing and Rebooking: You can now reprice and rebook an entire interline round trip booking directly from ameliaRES, eliminating the need to rebook each segment individually. This improvement ensures more accurate pricing, streamlines the booking process, and reduces the potential for errors.

• Enhanced Targeted PRLs: We have upgraded the functionality of targeted PRLs, allowing them to be configured for delivery to both email addresses and Type B addresses. This enhancement ensures greater flexibility and efficiency in distributing important passenger information.

• SSM Flight Filtering: We now support filtering out certain flights from being sent in your SSM messages. This allows you to easily exclude certain flights/routes from being published to the GDS, but still keep them availble to be booked direct. Please contact us if you want to make use of this feature.

RES

• Ancillary Flexible Pricing by Agency: Ancillary Flexible Pricing now enables you to specify which agencies a price will apply to. This enhancement allows you to set different prices for various agencies, such as OTAs, providing greater flexibility and customization in your pricing strategy.

• Change Fee Waiver Expiration: You can now set the Change Fee Waiver to expire a specified number of hours before flight time. This means passengers will no longer be able to make free changes close to departure, providing better control over last-minute changes and ensuring smoother operations.

• Enhanced User and Group Management: The Users screen now supports searching by Full Name or Logon Name and filtering by Agency and/or Group, making it easier to find specific users. Additionally, on the Groups screen, you can now search for users by Full Name or Logon Name when adding new users to groups, streamlining the user management process.

• Copy Reservation Locator Button: The reservation screen now features a "Copy Res Locator" button. This button copies the reservation locator number to your clipboard, making it easy to paste into other programs for quick and efficient access.

• Improved Ancillary City Pair Allocation: In the Ancillary City Pair allocation window, selecting a departure airport will now automatically update the arrival airport dropdown to display only valid options for the chosen destination. Additionally, the dropdowns have been enhanced to allow typing the airport code directly, providing a quicker and more efficient way to select airports.

• Updated DOT T100 Segment Report: The DOT T100 Segment report has been updated to comply with the latest directives from the Department of Transportation (DOT). This ensures that your reports are accurate and up-to-date with current regulatory requirements.

• Agency Booking Report Update: The Agency Booking report in ameliaRES desktop has been deprecated and removed. This report is now exclusively accessible through the web reports portal, ensuring a centralized and streamlined reporting experience.
