RESTv1 (See the API documentation for further details)

• GET/POST/PUT cityPairs/{identifier} - Added support for fare-based promo codes.

• GET reservations/{key}/audit - Returns the audit log for a reservation.

• POST generateItinerary/{key}/html - Downloads the itinerary of a reservation in html format.

• POST generateItinerary/{key}/pdf - Downloads the itinerary of a reservation in pdf format.

DCS

• A reservation audit entry will be added any time a passenger or APIS record is accessed from check-in. This allows the airline to see when personal data has been accessed.

DIRECT

• SOAR web Flight Status

• A popup can be shown when users launch the SOAR app. The popup can display an image with information the airline wants the user to acknowledge before using the app. The image can be linked to a page of the airline’s choice.

• The system can now send Check-in reminders via SMS for passengers who have selected SMS as one of their preferred notification methods. This feature requires activation of the SMS module in ameliaRES.

GDS

• Clients that are using the Travelport ETDB can now see the e-ticket history from ameliaRES.

RES

• The Forgot Password functionality on the Agent Portal has been upgraded to include an extra verification step before the password can be reset.

• When adding an ancillary item that has no charge, an EMD will no longer be generated.
