City Pair Charges based on Routing

We now support the ability to configure a charge to apply to passengers connecting through a certain airport.

On the City Pair Charge Edit form, select an airport from the 'Connect thru' listbox to associate it to the charge, or leave it as 'N/A' if the charge should be applied regardless of connecting airport.

Once a connecting airport is set, the charge will only be applicable if the airport is one of the stops in the routing of the segment - the charge will apply even if the flight number does not change at the connecting airport.

NOTE: When this feature is enabled, the system will allow a charge definition to be added to a city pair multiple times. When this happens, a charge could be applicable to a booking more than once if conditions are met.
