Printable Receipt (for payment of charges/fees)
We have added a receipt (for additional charges, such as excess baggage fees) that can be printed for your customers. On the Charges form, the new Print Receipt button is enabled once any payment has been made. This will select all listed Charges and Payments by default, but an individual item can be chosen by clicking on it. You can also deselect an item using CTRL+click, or select multiple items using CTRL+click or SHIFT+click. Once the selections are correct, another click of Print Receipt will generate the report (receipt), which can then be printed (after printer selection).
