Advanced (Reservation) Search - additional parameters

The Advanced Search (accessed via the A-Adv Search button) on the Reservation Selector has been enhanced. In addition to existing parameters, you may now search by email address (of the primary contact and/or other Pax), and by e-Ticket #.
