GDS - DVD Messages

The amelia GDS implementation now has the ability to process incoming DVD messages, which allows a passenger to be split onto a new reservation (ie. the reservation is divided).

This split will operate much like our existing Split Pax functionality:

Ancillary Items follow the passenger.
eTickets follow the passenger.
Notes (if any) are copied to the new reservation.

Please note that name changes (CHNT) cannot be processed automatically at this time. DVD messages including this type of change would have to be handled manually.
