GDS - EMD-S Acceptance and Handling

We have added support for EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) messages to our GDS system. These EMDs are used for charges related to services, such as excess baggage, or Passenger Requests (SSRs). Requests without an associated charge are also supported.

EMD-S support has been added to PNL/ADL. A new report (that lists EMDs received on GDS reservations) was also added.
