Loyalty Points Earned by Dollars Spent

An enhancement has been made to the Loyalty feature in amelia, the system can now calculate Loyalty points by the base fare (Fare/Point Rate) in the airline base currency, the ratio could be adjust flexibly to accommodate airlines' needs.

For example: 

• Earn 10 points for every 1 CAD spent on the base fare.
• Earn 125 points for every 5 CAD spent on the base fare.

Loyalty Point Multiplier will apply to Fare/Point Rate the same way it is applying to a Fixed Rate Loyalty point.
