SSIM - Add operational flight info (DEI 50)

A business rule has been added; when set to 'Y', the Operational Flight information will be shown on the Routes screen (Operations → Flight Management → Routes), and within the reports for Routes and Flight Scheduling (Operating Flight #).

This info will also be included when creating an SSIM (Reports → SSIMS).
