Ability to disable phone number auto-formatting

Currently, most phone number fields in ameliaRES are automatically formatted. For example, if the number 7775551111 was entered, it would be automatically formatted to (777) 555-1111.
An ability to disable phone number auto-formatting is added to the system. When enabled, a phone number keeps the same format as its input. This feature applies to:
- All phone numbers on the Reservations passenger list screen.
- Phone number field on the Reservation Contact Information form.
- Phone numbers on the Agencies screen.
- Phone numbers on the Companies screen.
