Promo Codes - Longer, Alphanumeric suffixes

Suffixes for Promo Codes in amelia were previously limited to 6 numeric digits (ex: 123456). The ability to generate and use longer values, and include alphanumeric characters in these suffixes has been added.

The length and the list of allowed characters is configurable (in Business Rules) - for example, the suffixes can be set to have 10 characters and disallow 'I', 'O', '0', and '1' (to avoid input errors due to similar-looking characters). To accomplish this, we would set the BRs in question to [A-HJ-NP-Z2-9] and 10.
