DCS Reports - Configurable printer selection

For the Load Summary and Working Manifest reports (available on the Check In form), ameliaRES can now be configured to prompt to select a printer, rather than always use a default printer. In CUTE environments, you will always be asked to select a printer regardless of this setting.
