Reservation Notes - By Permission

The ability to view and add/edit/delete Reservation Notes is now controlled by amelia User/Group Permissions. These permissions (in the Reservations -> Operations -> Booking node) are:
Reservation Notes - View - allows users to see the Notes.
Reservation Notes - Append - allows users add to Notes, but not to remove existing content.
Reservation Notes - Modify - allows users to edit Notes, including to remove existing content.
Note that View is required for Modify. Also note that Modify supersedes Append, ie. a user with Modify permission can edit/delete Notes even if Append permission is NOT granted.
When adding Reservation Notes while booking (reservation creation), these permissions don’t come into play. If a user with the Append permission adds Notes, or if a user with the Modify permission edits/adds/removes Notes, this is recorded in Res Audit as ‘Changed Contact Info: Notes’ (from RES App) OR ‘Res Notes Updated’ (agent, from the web).
