Show Company Identifier in HOT files

Starting from this release, Company Identifier can be pushed to the ETDB and be presented in HOT files (BKS46 / ENRS).

NOTE: This will only be available to clients who are using the ameliaTicket module. Please contact your account manager to enable this feature.
