How to change fare charges

This would come in handy if you had changed a customer's flight to the wrong date and needed to alter it, or if a passenger changed their flight and you did not want to charge them extra for customer service purposes.

Step-by-step guide

Prerequisites assume that you already have an existing reservation, that you want to change the price of, without changing the fare class or flight. 

1. Open the reservation and select 5-Charges.
   
   
   
2. Highlight the fare in the Charges window and select 3-Edit.
   
   
   
3. If the fare shows zero availability, click the "Override Availability" checkbox and select the fare. If the fare you want IS available, then simply select it from the window. Once you have done so, select S-Save. Upon returning to the main reservation screen, the reservation will update and the file should balance.
