Show Promo Code Information in HOT files

Starting from this release, Promo Code information can be pushed to the ETDB and be presented in HOT files using the reserved space of the Itinerary Data Segment Record (BKI63 / RESD).

NOTE: This will only be available to clients who are using the ameliaTicket module. Please contact your account manager to enable this feature.
