Passengers Screen

The Passengers screen allows you to view and edit (only the Status may be changed) a passenger, and is accessed from the menu (Utilities -> Passengers). You may include or exclude inactive passengers when searching, using the Include Inactive checkbox.

NOTE: Passengers can no longer be added using this form.

Deactivating Passengers

If you need to make a passenger unavailable (for whatever reason), you can deactivate it - it will no longer appear when searching profiles (during the booking process). To deactivate a passenger, locate and select it, click the Edit button on the Passengers screen, and change the Status to InActive. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Blacklisting Passengers

If you need to prevent a passenger from flying, you can ‘black-list’ the passenger. To do so, locate and select it, click the Edit button on the Passengers screen, and change the Status to Denied. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Black-listed passengers will be unavailable when creating reservations (similar to InActive) and are also prevented from booking on the web (from your IBE).
