Agencies Screen

The Agencies screen allows you to define the authorized travel agencies in your system, and set the commission structure, authorized users, and available payment methods. Access it from the menu (Utilities -> Agencies).

Sub Agencies

You may choose to assign a Parent Agency when adding an Agency, thus making it a child (sub) agency. Sub Agencies can make bookings on behalf of their parent Agency.

Account Information

The Account Information tab of the Agencies screen is only enabled if the selected agency has a linked account, and allows you to view a transaction history, and make adjustments, if necessary.

Markup and Commissions

The Markup and Commission tab of the Agencies screen is where you can assign the commission and markup structure for the selected agency. You must click the Save button when making any changes here.

Users

The Users tab of the Agencies screen is where you can assign amelia users to the selected agency. You must click the Save button when making any changes here.

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods tab of the Agencies screen is where you can configure the payment methods available to the selected agency. You must click the Save button when making any changes here.
