Copy Agency information to new Agency

A Copy button was added to the Agencies screen to allow users to copy information of an existing agency to a new agency. The button will create a new agency with all information copied from the selected agency General tab except IATA number and Agency Account. To finish creating the new agency, enter the IATA number and other information, then click the Save button.
