Standard Weight Configuration Enhancements

The system now has the ability to support predefined weight sets in addition to Seasonal weights which can be quickly selected from the Weights screen.

To setup a predefined weight set:
- Open Utilities / Standard Weights screen
- Navigate to tab Predefined Weights
- Click Add to add a new record
The existing Seasonal Weights feature remains as is.

From the Weights screen:
- Select Seasonal Weight from the PAX Weight drop down list to use the seasonal weight set, or
- Select a Predefined Weight set as needed.
