Cancellation/Modification Charges Screen
The Cancellation/Modification Charges screen allows you to set up automatic Charges for cancellations, modifications, no shows, and passenger changes. Access it from the menu (Utilities -> Cancellation/Modification Charges).
Cancellation/Modification Charges may also be set in multiple Currencies and/or by Route Type, if those features are enabled.

| Control | Description |

| Agency | Cnx/Mod Charges are set for the Public agency by default, and apply for ALL agencies where these charges are NOT otherwise defined. IF different charges are configured for an Agency, the user making the changes to a reservation MUST be a member of the Agency in question in order for the agency-specific Charges to apply. |
| All Prices in: | Select the Currency in which to view/edit the Cancellation/Modification charges. |
Cancellation/Modification/No Show/Passenger Change (radio buttons) | Use the radio buttons to set the type of fee/charge. |
| Booking Code | The Booking Code to which the charge applies. |
| Passenger Range | The # of passengers (range) to which the charge applies. |
| Days Prior to Flight | The # of days (range) prior to the flight where the selected charge applies. NOTE: Not applicable to No Show charges. |
| Route Type | You may set the Cnx/Mod Charges visibility by Route Type (DOM, INT, or ALL) - the Charges will be available on the Fares Setup screen (City Pair Charges) for applicable city pairs. NOTE: Only applicable if Route Type Classification is enabled. |
| Description | A description of the selected fee/charge. |
| Value/Percentage (radio buttons) | Whether the charge is a set amount (Value) or a Percentage of the reservation balance. If Percentage is selected, a field (% of the Leg value) to enter this percentage is displayed. |
| Charge Amount / Base Charge | The amount of the selected fee/charge. A Currency grid (and Base Charge) is displayed here if Multi-Currency is enabled. NOTE: Not applicable if Percentage is selected. |
| Auto Remove all credit before applying charges | Use this checkbox to remove any credit from the reservation before applying the selected Cancellation/Modification charge. NOTE: Not applicable to Cancellation charges. |
| Deactivate | Use this checkbox to deactivate the selected fee/charge. Deactivate is OFF (Active) by default. |
