ameliaCARGO - Excel Blank Page
Excel Reports - Excel opens with blank page.
Issue:
If the user selects to open a Report in Excel and the Excel opens with a blank page, please check the below.
Resolution:
Firstly, check that there is data in the report. To do this, enter the same search criteria and select Print Report - the report should appear on the screen with data. If not, then modify the report search criteria.
If data does appear on the print report, but then opens a blank page in Excel, take the following steps.
Step 1 - In Excel, open the File menu and select Options.
Step 2 - Under Options, select Trust Center/Settings.
Step 3 - Select Trust Center Settings.
Step 4 - Select Protected View and uncheck all Protected View settings, then click Save.
Step 5 - When opening the report, you may receive warning messages (similar to the one below) about the file being unsafe or corrupt or similar. Continue and open the file (select Yes).
