Honour quotation price

The API now supports applying fare and fee pricing returned by the quotation process even if the price changes between the quotation call and the creation of the reservation. This allows airlines to adjust their prices frequently without worrying about invalidating prices already quoted.

For example: An airline builds a one hour campaign from 13:15 to 14:15 with a promotion fare/charge. If the PAX selects a promotion fare at 14:00 and does not complete the booking until 14:20, the booking will still receive the promotion fare.
