Users not assigned to agencies are unable to search reservations, even if the "Reservation - Search" permission is enableduser has permissions granted such that they can retrieve the reservation.
- Navigate to Utilities > Agencies
- Using the Agency Search, find the appropriate Agency for this user to be a part of.
- Click on the Agency. On the Agencies profile you will see a series of tabs. Click the "Users" Tab.
- Once you are on the Users tab, find the user you want to add in the left column. Highlight that user and Select the right pointing arrow.
- Now that the user is in the "Agencies Users" Box, Click "Save".
