User Cannot Search Reservations

Problem

When a user searches a known existing reservation and no results are returned. 

Solution

Assign the user to an agency. 

Users not assigned to agencies are unable to search reservations, even if the user has permissions granted such that they can retrieve the reservation.
  1. Navigate to Utilities > Agencies
  2. Using the Agency Search, find the appropriate Agency for this user to be a part of.


  3. Click on the Agency. On the Agencies profile you will see a series of tabs. Click the "Users" Tab.


  4. Once you are on the Users tab, find the user you want to add in the left column. Highlight that user and Select the right pointing arrow.


  5. Now that the user is in the "Agencies Users" Box, Click "Save".
