Passport Scanning Supported Models

Problem

The Passport Scanning feature of AmeliaRes adds the ability to scan passports and enter APIS information automatically into the system rather than manually typing it during the check-in process. This feature was introduced as part of Release 15.5. 

Solution

Access OCR 315 and OCR 316 are the two USB OCR Readers that are supported by the system. Intelisys Support team can provide the installation package available by ftp download for setup and support.
