Problem
The check in screen will show the following prompt:
Solution
This prompt is unrelated to e-ticket functionality and in no way has any effect on e-tickets or their redemption. It can easily be turned off by following the steps below.
How to Turn off Ticket Prompt:
Turning off the Ticket prompt must be done with a user with access to the Payment Methods.
- Navigate to Utilities > Payment Methods
- Once the window opens, select the GDS Payment Method from the list
- The window will change and allow you to edit the GDS Payment Method. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen you will see a check box titled "Ticket Required". Ensure this checkbox does not have a check mark in it. If it does, remove it by clicking on the box. Then click Save.
