No Payment Data on Report

Problem

Why do certain payment reports such as the "Form of Payments Report" return no results when I know we have passengers moved who have paid?

Solution

Some reports are looking for earned revenue so are driven off passengers being "Boarded".  If the passengers have not been "Boarded" either through using amelia check-in or importing of a PRL to update the status, then the data will never be populated on these reports.
