Problem
Hi all
I have been instructed to change my password on intelisys but it doesn’t like my new one
The message says “Failed to change password. The password may be incorrect or the new password may not meet password complexitity or history requirements.”
Solution
Here are the password requirements.
¤ Your password must contain at least 7 characters.
¤ Your password characters must contain three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
¤ Your password is valid for 90 days.
¤ You can not choose a password used any of previous 4 times.
¤ Your password must contain at least 7 characters.
