Reset Citrix Receiver

Sometimes citrix can have various issues. This is a catch all to solve any weird issues. Works well for anything like CUTE printing issues, Setup issues, etc.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Locate the Citrix Receiver icon in the system tray on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.


  2. Right click it and Select "Advanced Preferences"


  3. Find "Reset Receiver" Click it. 


  4. It will then ask you if you are "Sure you want to Reset". Click ok. 


Now that your citrix is reset, log out and log back in and attempt the action you were trying to perform. It will likely work this time around.
