How can I find how many ancillary items are on a flight?

I need to know how many pets are on board this flight?

This applies for all ancillary items.

Step-by-step guide

There are two option for this - one from Check In, and one from the reporting menu:

Check In

  1. After you have selected the flight in Check In, select the small printer icon below the "Add Ons" box near the bottom left of the screen.
  2. This will display the flight items for the selected flight.

Reporting

  1. First decide if you want to report on Airport, Flight or City Pair items (this depends on your setup).
  2. Click the Reports menu and find the term that coincides with your ancillary items (this is configurable by airline and is usually called Ancillary, Shop, Add-Ons, etc).
  3. Several report options will appear, select the "Requirements" report that matches the type from Step 1.
  4. Select your date or date range, the item or items you wish to report on, the route and click Execute.
  5. The report is generated using the selected items.
