There may be times where a user wants to clear their preferences just to start from default settings, or users may try this to correct an issue. An example of this is if the Check In screen will not display all the sort options (1, 2, 3, etc).

Step-by-step guide

Once logged into amelia, you can go to Operations→Preferences and then click the Clear Preferences button.
