When trying to do a refund in ameliaRES, do you require the original credit card?

Step-by-step guide

No, you do not.  All you have to do is:

  1. In ameliaRES click the <Charges> button.
  2. Select the credit card payment on the bottom of the screen.
  3. Hit the <Refund> button.
  4. Click <Authorize> on the payment window.
  5. Click <Authorize> on the Credit Card payment window.
