Booking showing incorrect segment after flight updated in flight watch

Problem

Flights 701(YXS-YYD) & 711 (YXS-YXT) were combined to operate 701 YXS-YXT-YYD. Later in the day that routing was reversed and 701 would now operate normally YXS-YYD and 711 would operate YXS-YXT. When rebooking passengers to travel YXS-YYD on 701 using the by schedule option, cities display correctly, but booking confirms as 701 YXS-YXT. How can we correct?

 

Solution

Updated flight segments not showing in main res screen
  1. Contact your client manager to have business rule 490 changed from SD to FW. What this does is all the reservation to display the flight watch entries for a particular flight instead of the original flight schedule entry. this keeps the PNR in sync with the actual flight routing that is recorded in flight watch.
