Go Global session and idle times

Problem

GO Global session times set to 540 minutes total time and 60 minutes idle time.

 

Solution

  1. 540 minutes total time:  The user will get disconnected no matter what they are doing in the application. 
  2. 60 minutes idle time:  The user will get disconnected if they are inactive in the application for 60 minutes.  Example, if they go for a lunch break.
