How can I add a note to a booking so it will display at Check-in?

Step-by-step guide 

  1. In the passenger section of the reservation, you can add notes (free-form text) in the Special Needs field.  
  2. This is transferred to the Check In form, and noted with a "Y" under "Needs".
  3. Double-click on the "Y" to display the entire note.
