To send an itinerary for a reservation, open a reservation and click '4 - Itinerary' to launch the Itinerary screen. Select a passenger (or all passengers) to send email and click 'Execute'.

You can enter a message to include in the email sent to passengers.

Sending bulk itinerary

The Bulk Itinerary Generator screen allows you to email or print itineraries for reservations on selected flights in bulk, and is accessed from the menu (Operations -> Bulk Itinerary Generator).

Sending Bulk Itineraries

To send bulk itineraries, select a date range and click the Find Flights button on the Bulk Itinerary Generator screen. Select the flights for which to send itineraries (using the > button) and the type of itinerary (in the Options section section). Click the Email button  button to complete the operation.

1407274020_MB__note.pngNOTE: If the feature is enabled, you will be prompted to enter explanatory notes in the dialog shown below. These notes will be included in the e-mails sent, and can be used to notify passengers of the reason they are receiving a new/revised Itinerary.

Sending Notification from Bulk Move screen

This feature allows you to send a notification to passengers when they are moved to a new flight using the Bulk Move feature.

Sending Notifications when moving passengers

To send notifications when passenger(s) are moved, select the checkbox 'Email Selected Passengers'.

Select one or more reservations to move to a new flights. After passengers are moved, the Notifications screen will be launched.

Moved passengers are shown in the main grid.

  • Select an option to send the notification to the Res Owner only or All Passengers.
  • Click Notify button to send notifications to the selected passengers via their preferred communication channel.

The notification message is pre-populated according to the reservation information and can be edited when needed. Click OK to  to confirm sending notifications.

Sending Bulk Notification from Alerts screen

This feature allows you to manually trigger notifications to passengers affected by flight changes in the communication channel of their preference.

To send notifications from Alert, open an Alert Details screen, select one or more passengers and click Notify to open the Notification screen.

  • Select an option to send the notification to the Res Owner only or All Passengers.
