When trying to do a refund in ameliaRES, do you require the original credit card.?

No, you do not. All you have to do is:
- In ameliaRES click the <Charges> button.
- Select the credit card payment on the bottom of the screen.
- Hit the <Refund> button.
- Click <Authorize> on the payment window.
- Click <Authorize> on the Credit Card payment window
