This would be used when you need to deactivate a user profile.
1.) Select Utilities > User Profiles
2.) After you've searched and selected the proper user profile, simply click the 'Deactivate Button'
Once you have clicked the deactivate button, the status of the profile will change to inactive. To ensure it's done, you can always search the profile and check to make sure it's inactive
