New Features:

DCS

• SOAR online check-in functionality can print boarding passes for interline partner flights.

GDS

(Important for GDS and DCS teams)

• DEI 504 will appear on manual and automatic outbound SSM for airports configured to send APIS information to Secure Flight.
• GDS Ticket Maintenance for non-interline, even exchange scenarios

RES

(Important for Commercial teams)

• The user's eligibility to click 'No' on the ticket management override screen is now dependent on the new permission (Reservations>Operations>Booking>amelia Ticketing Management - Bypass).
• When a booking is cancelled via the Travel Agency portal, the ticket can be fully refunded and a unique payment created for cancellation charges.
• When logging in, the ameliaRES interface will now show along with the login splash screen. This will put the application on the windows task bar during the login process.

WEB

• SOAR web now provides a form allowing loyalty users to submit a request for unclaimed points.  The form will deliver the loyalty user's request to an email address provided by the airline for review.
• The new SOAR web version of Manage My Booking continues to expand.  The ability to view reservations and reprint itineraries and boarding passes is now available.
• The amelia Booking Widget now provides the ability to display low fares in the search calendar.
