I - Passenger Preferred Language:
Passengers can select their Preferred Language which will be used for all communication between them and the airline.
Preferred Language can be set on different levels (the one above will be used as the default for the one below it, overwrite is allowed on each level):

II - Passenger Preferred Communication Method:

III - Manual Notification:
Sending a single itinerary
This feature allows you to manual email or print itineraries for a reservation when needed.
To send an itinerary for a reservation, open a reservation and click 4 - Itinerary to launch the Itinerary screen. Select a passenger (or all passengers) to send email and click Execute.

You can enter a message to include in the email sent to passengers.

Sending bulk itinerary
The Bulk Itinerary Generator screen allows you to email or print itineraries for reservations on selected flights in bulk, and is accessed from the menu (Operations -> Bulk Itinerary Generator).

Sending Bulk Itineraries
To send bulk itineraries, select a date range and click the Find Flights button on the Bulk Itinerary Generator screen. Select the flights for which to send itineraries (using the > button) and the type of itinerary (in the Options section). Click the Email button to complete the operation.
NOTE: If the feature is enabled, you will be prompted to enter explanatory notes in the dialog shown below. These notes will be included in the e-mails sent, and can be used to notify passengers of the reason they are receiving a new/revised Itinerary.

Sending Notification from Bulk Move screen
This feature allows you to send a notification to passengers when they are moved to a new flight using the Bulk Move feature.

Sending Notifications when moving passengers
To send notifications when passenger(s) are moved, select the checkbox Email Selected Passengers.
Select one or more reservations to move to a new flights. After passengers are moved, the Notifications screen will be launched.
Moved passengers are shown in the main grid.
- Select an option to send the notification to the Res Owner only or All Passengers.
- Click Notify button to send notifications to the selected passengers via their preferred communication channel.
Sending Bulk Notification from Alerts screen
This feature allows you to manually trigger notifications to passengers affected by flight changes in the communication channel of their preference.

Sending Bulk Notifications
To send notifications from Alert, open an Alert Details screen, select one or more passengers and click Notify to open the Notification screen.
Selected passengers are shown in the main grid.
- Select an option to send the notification to the Res Owner only or All Passengers.
- Click Notify button to send notifications to the selected passengers via their preferred communication channel.

The notification message is pre-populated according to the Alert Reason and can be edited when needed. Click OK to confirm sending notifications.

IV - Automatic Notification:
Travel reminder
This feature is to remind passengers of upcoming travel. The system can be configured to send email reminders to passengers departing in X days. Passengers booked within the last X days won't receive this minder. When requesting this feature, please specify if you want to send the customer a copy of their itinerary.

Online Check-in reminder
This feature is to notify passengers when Online Check-in is available for their reservation. Passengers booked within the Online Check-in window will receive a reminder right after the booking is made. When requesting this feature, please specify if you want to send the customer a copy of their itinerary.
