(feature) Passenger Requests Screen
Passenger Requests give your airline the ability to track and fulfill passengers’ special requests (ex: a wheelchair, a seatbelt extension, etc).
NOTE: Please contact your client manager to enable this feature - some configuration changes are required.

Categorize and track Passenger Requests.
- Request Codes can be displayed on the Check In screen.
Passenger Request Definitions
Define the Passenger Request Codes that will be used to indicate special requests on the Passenger Request Definitions screen. Access it from the menu (Utilities -> Passenger Request Definitions).
To create a Passenger Request Code, click the Add button on the Passenger Request Definitions screen. The screen will switch into Add/Edit mode, where you can enter the required details. Note that the IMPT - Important Type can be used to identify/highlight certain requests (ex: VIP passengers) on the Check In form. The GEN - General Type should be used for all other requests. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Passenger Requests
To add a Passenger Request, simply use the Requests tab on the Passenger List screen. Select the Request Code, enter Notes, and click the Append button.
