GDS Messaging Interface Enhancements

Some usability enhancements have been made to the GDS Messages form (Operations -> GDS -> GDS Messaging):

• Added an "ALL Message Types" option to allow searching for all message types at the same time.

• After searching by Locator and opening a message (with a double-click), the filter will now remain in place (so only messages with a matching locator are visible). This would previously reset to displaying all messages.

• Added an "ALL" Status to allow searching all statuses at once.

• The ESC key now escapes/closes the message window.

• Displayed messages are now ordered by ID, and not by date - some messages were ordered incorrectly when they arrived within a minute of each other.
